I am Natural Hairstylist and Braider based in Memphis, TN. Please be mindful that hair must be at least 4in or more before booking braid styles. If you are not sure if you hair is long enough please contact me BEFORE booking. ALL SERVICES NOW INCLUDE SHAMPOOING! With that being said please come with your hair detangled in advance. I WILL BE CHARGING AN ADDITIONAL $40 IF I HAVE TO DETANGLE YOUR HAIR. Please be sure to book accordingly and arrange schedules for your appointment, understand that these estimated times are exactly that an ESTIMATE. Every client is different and I am not going to be rushed to complete your service. Hair IS included in pricing EXCEPT FOR LOCS STYLES! For those services you are required to provide the hair yourself. Be sure to communicate color of hair if necessary ! You are given 2 colors for your service, if you were wanting to get additional colors there will be and additional 10$ fee per color that will be added to your service. I completely understand that the lives of my clients may be hectic and busy, however I do ask that you try your best to be prepared to stay awake for your service and to sit up correctly. I get that it is crazy for me to have to put this in my policy but it is necessary. I will end the service if I have to continually ask to sit straight and stay awake. Trying to work around an unstable head can lead to crooked parting, uneven lengths for you as a client, it also slows down my work day which is unfair to the next client as well as myself. . Thank you so much in advance π If you are experiencing hair loss or baldness of any sort please be sure to communicate that with me BEFORE booking your service. All Classic length braids fall between mid back and waist. Exact length will be discussed during your consultation. For ANY MICRO/XS BRAID service your appointment must be booked at the 6-6:30am slots β¦ I WILL NOT DO THOSE BRAIDS AT ANY OTHER TIME! For all weave installation services I will need you hair the day before your appointment, please contact me in regards to drop off times and location. SUNDAY IS MY OFF DAYβΌοΈβΌοΈβΌοΈ Please keep in mind that if when booking a Sunday appointment there is ONLY a 7:30 am time available and there will AUTOMATICALLY be an additional 50$ service fee NO MATTER THE SERVICE. 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SET APPOINTMENT TIME, IF YOU ARE NOT THERE, IF YOU HAVE NOT COMMUNICATED, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED! Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-call no show appointments or any appointment that isnt cancelled within 48 hrs of your appointment. Please be sure to schedule accordingly or just communicate in a timely manner. Thank you in advance Kouture Kutie
